A past life journey is the full arc of the experience, from the first phone call where we talk through what’s bringing you here, through a guided past life regression session, to the conversation afterwards where we make sense of what came up. I’ve walked my own spiritual path for 30 years, including 5 years studying Reiki and past life regression, and founded Healing Light in 2018 to guide clients at our practice at 690 Rubenstein Drive, Moreleta Park, Pretoria through recurring patterns, unexplained fears, or a sense that something from “before” is still asking to be understood.
What Is a Past Life Journey?
Past life regression is a hypnosis-based technique that helps you access memories your subconscious may be holding from earlier lifetimes. A “journey” is how I describe the whole process around that session, because for most clients one regression opens up threads worth exploring further – whether that’s a second session, Reiki, Soul Talk, or a Life Between Lives regression. You stay fully aware and in control throughout; this is something we do together, not something done to you.

- Optional next steps: some clients feel complete after one session; others continue with Reiki, Soul Talk, or a Life Between Lives regression.
